Organics on a budget: sprouting, I’ve used mung beans, adzuki beans and brown lentils. Soak over night in water in glass jar (jar on left) rinse off water and rinse regularly ie twice a day for 3 days. I keep mine on bench so I remember. Sprouting this way is a fraction of price in shops and so much fresher. Sprouts are alive…..exponentially increasing the available nutrients for our bodies x my kids eat them by the handful x
